Proverbs 6:16, 18 (KJV)  These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief

Sometimes you see and hear what some people have done, and you wonder why anyone would think of such an evil plot: Interestingly, we can also think of worst things sometimes. There are times I wonder why some thoughts run through my mind, because it is complete evil. I just ignore such thoughts and move on. Unfortunately, others would go ahead and implement such evil ideas. So far as we are alive, evil and wicked ideas would come to our minds: how to punish someone, how to trick someone, how to steal, how to lie, how to engage in some evil plot, etc. The moment we give in to those thoughts, the devil takes over and the manipulation continues. We must rebuke wicked thoughts immediately and not allow it to gain roots in our minds. If God hates such evil imaginations, then let us run from it. Are you thinking of how to do evil to someone? Please drop the idea.
